Hey there,
I have a Full Spectrum laser cutter pro series 20x12 45watts here in Dallas. We are having TONS of issues with it and their support isn’t helping us at all. I feel its a mirror alignment problem and I’ve tried fixing it 6-7 times but with zero luck.

My business partner and I are willing to pay someone a solid $$ hourly rate (plus beer) to come and assist us with this machine. They have to have experience on FSL machines though and a lot of experience with laser cutters in general.

Best of luck finding someone. We recently purchased a full spectrum laser for work and have experienced your same issues with customer support. I was ready to post an identical message to yours here last week before we finally got it working.

@apipe used to (still does?) own a Full Spectrum, IIRC. Perhaps she’d be willing/able to help you out.
