The PolyPrinter 229 machines are being repaired back at the shop. They are being temporarily replaced with loaner machines. Please don’t tape anything to them or add stickers or otherwise modify the loaner machines. They will still be accessable through the normal methods of IP address

Would it be OK to put a piece of blue tape on them identifying them as being on loan to clarify the point?

Sure, could write the IP address on the tape.
Thinking about it, the IP address could be posted on the table edge instead of the printer since the Pi’s aren’t changing
