@Team_Machine_Shop, Is there a trick to loading a face mill into the Bridgeport? I don’t believe it needs a collet, but can’t get it to load.

Make sure you’re paying attention to the slot in the face mill and the key in the bridgeport. Outside of that and cleanlyness of the mill/collets, I can’t think of anything.
Wait, one more thing. You have the quill all the way up right?

No trick, The face mill already comes with the R8 taper, so, it is a cutter and collet all in one. Just load it into the spindle as you would a collet.
