@Team_Laser I used lightburn to make an image and when trying to send the file to the printer it says I have 4 open images and they have been dropped. I hit “ok” and when I simulated the image it worked fine. However when I tried to send it, the problem persisted and says file transfer failed and that the printer may be paused or busy. I hit reset. Relaunched the software and still no luck. I can find no gaps in my image and am also unsure about the origin point for x:0 / y:0 it seems that bottom left is the only one that maintains the positioning of my image. Any help is appreciated.
