Leather Drawstring pouch class question

Few questions about this class: Events |Dallas Makerspace Calendar
I’m very confused by the actual course description.
Is this paid? Should I signup for free tier? Do I need to have completed “Intro To Leatherworking” in order to use the tools? I’d love to show up for this and then go straight into the intro course to get signoff but I want to be sure.

Please use the free tier and you dont need the into class since i will cover the safety parts at the beginning of the class. I’ve had some struggles this week wirh the calendar, sorry
