Leather Belt Making Class

Hi folks,

@bitta and I are having a Leather Belt Making class on Sunday August 7th, from 3-5pm. There will be an 8 person limit and a $22 fee, however you walk away with a handmade belt either for yourself, or as a gift for someone.

There will be two types of leather to choose from

  • Vegetable tanned leather that can be dyed to your desired (and available) color.
  • Wicket and Craig Bridle leather. This leather is already finished in a medium brown color.

This post is a heads up for members, before I post the actual class this evening.

Edit: We will be making a 1.5" wide belt.

Damn,
I’ve been waiting for this class!!! But, I leave for PGI on the same day. Drat, I hope you guys have an amazing class and the success prompts a follow up. Please post pictures of the finished products, I’m sure they will be awesome and do wonders for filling seats in subsequent classes. :blush:
