Hello all!
So, I’ve taken the laser cutter intro class and am ready to get cutting, but am having trouble logging in.
It’s saying my login info isn’t valid. Someone posted about a similar issue in 2022 saying they solved the problem. But they didn’t explain how.
Is there anyone I need to request access from? Or has anyone had this issue before?

Upon further search, I’m seeing there is a laser safety quiz that may be required?
Maybe we missed it in the class description…but does anyone know where we can access and take the quiz?

You also should link your talk account to your member account [read Green Dot - Process Change - 9/20/2024 - Enacted - Member Profile System is Now Required] - this will open up the Member’s Only portion of Talk, which includes an “Issue/Request” section.

I did see that the computer we had tried to login to the other day was also for the Blitzen, which is still having a “Domain” issue as well. But I tried logging in on a different station today to test it out and it’s all set!
