Hello! I need to use a laser cutter to finish a project for my university class (I live closer to y’all than the school). Is there a laser cutter that can accommodate 8x12 size material and do I need to fill out any forms or anything before I come in to use it? I’d need to get this done within the next week. I should probably wait for someone more knowledgeable about lasers to answer your question.
However, I don’t think we will fit your timeline. We charge $60/month for membership. The real trick is that you’ve got to be authorized on our lasers before you can use them, and our class schedule is such that it rarely happens within a week.

Depending on how much you need to do, I’m in Arlington (nearish UTA) and have a laser cutter that is in working order that you could use. (although probably doesn’t help much if that is even further :P)
