If you were the recipient of a free piece of material from the donated plywood or acrylic, would you please PM, email or post a few pictures to me? I will be seeking additional donations, and showing results is one key to success!

Not very fancy; but, I used some of the plywood that someone had cut into smaller pieces to practice on the Shapeoko…
Shapeoko Test Cut using pieces of laminated plywood. I like the contrast! However, on small or thin areas (like the eyes), the laminate tends to fall off when the end mill gets near it. That’s OK though because it gave me an excuse to add googly eyes! hehe

I liked the one with the googly-eyes better

LOL ~ Thanks! Basically, the end mill knocked the laminate off of the “eyes”, so I found some googly-eyes to “fix” the problem. hehehe…

Did you want a picture of the plywood we took, or the only projects we made with them?
The projects, please. I did notice that someone is working on a nice bookshelf and totally forgot to grab a picture of that…

That was David Jeter that made the bookshelf.
Bumping for more visibility. There was a lot of actual material donated, but I’ve only got a couple of pix.
