I’m at DMS now and can’t get in cause my key isn’t working. Is there anyone able to get me in? Not sure why as I’m pretty sure my account is active. The light turns green when I scan my key also.
If the light turns green/beeps when you attempt, then the fob is probably fine and it likely got unlinked from your account for some reason… that is usually because there may have been a silent billing error or something.
You should be able to log in to maker manager on your phone and check/reregister your badge.

That’s likely billing related then.
You can check the billing system at home/on the phone, otherwise you’ll want to get a hold of IT or email [email protected]
Yeah. I looked you up, and your account isn’t active. You’ll still be able to log in to the Accounting/Billing using your email and maybe see what happened.
