Until April 14th, The Crow Museum of Asian Art has an exhibit of Japanese folk art, including a large amount of pottery/ceramics, as well as textiles, household items, and other art. I went last weekend, and was able to walk through it in about 2 hours, even with reading almost every description card. Personal photography is allowed (you can’t sell the photos) but no flash. It’s a 10 minute walk from DART stations St. Paul or Pearl Arts, and is across the street from the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center.
