So first off, apologies if this is the wrong category, I kept getting a page not found for the issues/request category.
I ran into issues PolyPrinter 91. It would not clear an old file, had trouble canceling the print (of said old file), and the temperature readings seemed off (read as higher than it was).
Issues & Requests is inside the firewall; i.e., only visible to members. You need Member’s “green dot” access to see that category.
Unfortunately, it is not an automated process. You have to request access.
Go to the Member Access (Green Dot) category, click on New topic, and fill out the requested information to get the access.
