The Issues & Requests category has a template that automatically appears for submitting a new issue/request. It requires details in order to report the problem.
Too many people ignore the template.
Simply listing your problem in the title is insufficient to resolve most problems. If someone has to sleuth around to figure out what you meant, it most likely won’t get fixed.
For a lot of issues it isn’t even obvious which shop or committee is impacted.
