Hi, I’m making a wood resin countertop and noticed there were some long slabs of plywood around the wood shop. I’m needing a cut of wood about 2x5 ft. Would it be okay if I used one from the wood shop to make my resin mold?
If you’re referring to the sheets of ply that are in storage, those are the space’s and cannot be used for member projects.
There isn’t any free wood in there except the stuff in the free scraps rack. Anything else belongs to the space or to someone in particular
The free stuff is only the bits that are in the storage box thing that’s right by the Metal Shop door. That’s usually bits and pieces; some worthwhile, some of more dubious usability – like, they really should have kept moving to the trash can.
