Is the email address working

I have sent 2 emails about reinstating my membership but haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s been a week now and wondering if I have the right email. I sent it to [email protected]. Thanks for you help

Just go online and pay.

That email addy goes to Public Relations team, and might be the right folks, depending on the inquiry.
Our knowledgebase also has a fair number of answers about membership.

Usually logging into the billing portal with an existing billing account (using an email address, usually) and submitting a ticket is “the best way” to get membership account assistance.
