I would love to do gumpaste and fondant modeling-and you wouldn’t need a cake for that. There are also styrofoam molds for cakes.

Same as sugar blowing. I can donate some isomalt. Makes great clear glass. Really cool if you pour it over ice and you get stuff that looks like coral.
