Several Volunteers have bravely step up to join into a workgroup for securing the Small Museum grant for Dallas makerspace and the interactive computer museum project.
Given that the board must appoint a representative of the space before any grant can be submitted.
Team VCC proposes the creation of the Grant Group. Whom goals are to operate as an advisory group to the board for securing a grant from Grants for Small Museums towards Dallas Makerspace with regards to the Interactive Computer Musuem. As an advisory group all final decisions would obviously go before the board for further consideration. The Grant Group would only preform the leg work, drafting and preparation of material with conjunction with the BoD and Finance Group.
This Allows for a group of dedicated members to officially proceed with the process of securing up to $50,000 in Grant money for Dallas Makerspace without violation of rules or endangering the Dallas Makerspace.
