I need materials help

What would I want to look for if I wanted a large swatch of good iron-on material that I could cut with a laser? Like they have those iron on patches or those decals you can iron on to a shirt. I want that, but a sheet of it, and all I can find is the individual letters/designs. Not sure what it’s called so not really sure what to search.

Thanks for the help!

Believe the paper you are looking for is called transfer paper.

Something like this?

Does it need to be cut on the laser? Could you cut it on the vinyl cutter?
This stuff is called Heat Transfer Vinyl - is this close to what you want to do?

Check https://twillusa.com/ for material. Most of there materials, if not all, are laser friendly. I know that their twills are laser-friendly. I have some, if you want to try-before-you-buy.

That might work, but I don’t know how to use the vinyl cutter and haven’t seen a class offered on it recently.

@yashsedai those may work as well but I was hoping for a large sheet of it. Like a couple feet long.

I would ask for a class on the vinyl cutter and use Siser heat transfer vinyl or similar.

Class

@agvet
Here’s a class if you can make it. What are you making with it? There is a material that most embroidered patches are made of, and then an adhesive applied. I can’t think of the name of it. When I get home, I’ll find the name or I’ll remember. Memory is the first to go!!
