I found this while sweeping out my garage shop. It is a specialty set screw 5/16" x 1" long. Anyone know what tool would use such a set screw? I have Delta bandsaw, jointer, planer and table saw from the 90’s. I found it between the jointer. planer and the table saw.

I have a new Delta 36-725 T2 table saw. The adjustable leveling feet use a similar set screw except it has full length threads. Maybe it’s from there?
Check your jointers fence they usually have a metal piece that acts as a stop and use a set screw like that so you can finely tune it to 90 the use the set screw to be able to have it stop it at a perfect 90 without having to bust out the tools to know for sure
