I don't know what I'm doing so I need guidance

I don’t want to give out too many details of my project yet but I KNOW someone here can help me start. As of right now I’m looking for a hydro mini generator. the kind that can screw into a conventional faucet/showerhead. If you can help me start with that - that’d be awesome. As I progress, more details shall unravel.

How much power are you looking to extract from household water pressure?

Guessing that “USB power” might be a reasonable goal. As with any hydro project, volume and hydraulic head are your friends, so a shower head is a better plan than a faucet.

Or your toilet … capture “waste power”

Keep the plunger handy and view those no-doubt frequent jams as an opportunity to harvest a few more watts!

Is this the sort of thing you’re wanting?
