Can someone tell me How to open an “equipment issue ticket”. I can’t find nowhere how to do it.
Well, since you do not have a green dot to the lower left of your emoji here, you haven’t been connected as a “member” in TALK. Hence, you cannot see the category for “Issues and Requests.”
If you can describe all in this post, someone can open a ticket on your behalf. I am tagging @Team_Moderators to work on getting you into the member group.
Edit: and by “describe all”, basically the equipment in question, what committee it applies to, and what is wrong.
