Horizontal bandsaw blade

Tried starting the horizontal band, saw today and noticed the blade was not moving so stopped. Ask for some help and then we realize the blade had come off the tracks of the rollers. Unplugged and had to go.

Blade is back on. I think I was the last person who messed with it and probably did not tighten it enough
