About 3kV but current limited to micro amps to test assymetric capacitor design concepts.
ELab doesn’t have anything like that. Can build a crude basic unregulated hv pwr supply. Variac on the front end of a neon / hv transformer. Bridge rectifier and filter caps.
Didn’t Science have a hv pwr at some point?

We have a home built 40kv. I was looking for something safer with controls.
