Help identifying the type of fuse I need for this

I have a piece of medical equipment (it’s a laser cellulite treatment device called the Syneron Velashape). The outlet socket is missing a fuse but I’m having trouble locating a fuse (or more specifically the little part that holds the fuse in) for this thing.

Thanks!

Unscrew that socket, pull it out a little, and see if you can find the maker’s logo on the plastic. Take a pic and post it here.

This was the only thing printed on the inside… :unamused:

Is this it?

Nice work!

Now you need to determine which size fuse. The socket is rated at 10A / 250 VAC, so it is prly a smaller Amperage. See if you can download the schematics, the fuses will be in the top left of the power diagram (if they follow standards).

BTW, the big sign on the wall of the Walter Anderson E-Lab says !MOUSER!, because they sponsor us with lots of goodies every year. Also, if you order from Mouser by 4pm, UPS will bring it the next day, because they have a gigantic warehouse South of DFW. I prefer them, you do you.

Yep. To the extent possible, we (7-Eleven) buy all of our electronic stuff from Mouser specifically because of their support of DMS.
