Anyone interested in general metalworking and machining should check out “Building Prototypes” by Dan Gelbart. He has an 18 part series that is full of great teachings!!

If these are the videos I think, they seem to lean heavily on the use of a water-jet cutter — something most DMS members have zero access to.
Do want micron air bearings. After seeing the vid posted last night where the guy was surface grinding round parts… well, it’s a thought.
