Kiln #2 is not working. The temp. never rises about room temp. It abourts the schedule after 5 min. With the message “kiln not firing”. 1/20/2024.

Thanks for reporting this.

  1. Vincent was looking at this yesterday. There was an OUT OF SERVICE note on the kiln but I don’t think it was obvious what was wrong with it.

  2. You need to request a green dot. Go to Member Access (Green Dot) and create a new topic to request Members-Only access.

  3. We post these things in Issues & Requests, which is behind the firewall. You can only see/post those after your green dot is granted (manually). Until then, Glassworks would be a better category than job listings.
