I’ve gotten some free wood from this guy before and dropped some pieces off on the wood shelf at DMS perhaps a year ago. I dropped off some magnolia chunks as well about 2 months back.
He mostly is cutting large slabs. Stuff with too much wane or to small doesn’t work for him but would be great for bowl turning.
Nice guy.
For orientation: he is very close to the theaters at Legacy and 75.

Yeah…that’s Lloyd. He really is a decent bloke. Anyone with large trees to harvest could do a lot worse than to give him a call.
