Big Oak Tree down–Free Wood!

A friend’s 4ft dia Pin Oak was downed by the storm. He says the wood is free for the taking!

I told him I know a pack of ravenous wood gnomes. Bring a big chainsaw, the trunk is 4 feet in diameter; this oak was 100 years old!

A free 4’ diameter trunk for free. I wish I had a chainsaw that was big enough to cut a slab of that off.

I think you would need at least a 24" blade, or one of those 2 man hand saws and a lot of Gatorade.
