Hi! I want to cut up some foam with the Shapeoko to hold tools for example. What type of foam would you recommend and where would you buy it?
Do you need to sculpt the pockets or just make cutouts? Most people just get laser-able foam sheets.

How hard or compliant do you want it to be?
Could I have a list of possible foam types?

For tool drawers I’ve been looking at EVA foam. This is the smooth closed cell stuff you typically see in caliper cases. You can get it in different densities. Amazon has it, there are local suppliers, and
