We’re slowly accumulating a bunch of T12 fluorescent tubes, and we’re finding that no places close to DMS accept them. David Guill has found that most cities in DFW have a hazardous waste recycling location that accepts waste from homeowners (not businesses/us).
Is anyone willing to assist us in recycling these tubes? If so, please help yourself to the stack of them on the freebie shelves in the warehouse.
Do they know we are a 501c3? Maybe they would take them. I’m surprised the city would not take bulbs from a business. Have you seen the Dallas tax rates on business property?
I know that many of us are willing to put recyclables in a separate container, but not many of us have the time to take them to a recycling center. If anyone is willing to do this…
