Flexible, Strong Glue For Hard Foam Rubber?

I bought an adapter for mounting a fan on top of my van (it helps flatten out the ridges). It came in 4 pieces that snap together like a jigsaw puzzle. But one piece was broken on the end. I tried using rubber cement: FAIL. I don’t want to use superglue, since the piece should be able to flex/compress. Anyone know of a flexible, strong glue that would work in this case? Thx
[Photos show the broken joint and another correct one]

Not sure of the flexiblity of any of these, but you might try looking at JBWeld or Gorilla Glue.

Caulk is technically an adhesive … and it’s flexible. You might consider silicone caulk.
