The men’s room has degraded to the point when I know it is affecting new potential members.
More than willing to take ownership to have the facilities reinstalled and the stall walls re-done

That’s awesome I would run a plan by @Team_Logistics just to check before you start.
Sorry but this is infrastructure. We just handle toilet paper.
I don’t know what it is about this statement but it made me chuckle out loud. Thanks for brightening my morning.
You should talk with @StanSimmons … he is the one that has been talking with the plumbers
We have a plan for this at the moment. It takes time for us to get things going as it is based on free time of the volunteers. Stan and I have discussed a plan to better improve the restrooms overall and I will get on it soon.
The men’s room is currently fully functional and the stalls are installed. If your referring to the left stall it was a urinal that has now been removed due to faulty plumbing that cannot be repaired. That stall will not be re opened again due to the plumbing failure. I will be up at the space in the coming days to try and do some of this work.
If you referring to the bathroom that has the stall walls in it that was formely the women’s second bathroom and it was converted into a unisex bathroom. The walls remain there for now till bathroom work is complete for them all.
If you don’t mind my asking, what is plumbing that can’t be repaired? Is it something in the foundation?
My understanding is the drain was not properly made when the building was made but I will defer to Stan to better explain since he has been the one talking to the plumber. Paging @StanSimmons
The pluming in the wall is the wrong size, and would require extensive and expensive repair.
In light of the upcoming expansion expenses I opted to replace the urinal in the East Unisex restroom and remove the urinal in the West mens restroom.
I take it such repairs are not the responsibility of the building owner then? Do we have an estimate for a real repair? We’re going to be in this location for awhile.
We’re not repairing the pipe see Stans post above. No need to spend that kind of money.
