Fishing related class (fly tying, lure making, leader making)

Just wondering if there is any interest in fishing related classes such as fly tying, leader making, lure building, lead casting etc.

Absolutely, I’d love to learn more fly tying. I’ve been fly fishing since I was a kid.

On a possibly related subject…I read somewhere that guard hairs from llama are sometimes used in tying certain kinds of lures??

If this is true, I’m about to de-hair some llama fleece before I wash and spin it. Would anyone be interested in the guard hairs if I saved them?

[edit]
Ok, so Mighty Google also mentions other fibers, one I saw being Icelandic fleece (I’m assuming coarse Tog outer layer, not Thel undercoat) for long coarse streamers or some such. I have that too.

Any chance on a Fishing Basics class for those of us who were deprived: no parent who fished or no parent with the time to take us fishing?

I can definetly do a fishing basic class how to fish, a basic buyers guide for a cheap but decent set up, intro to fly fishing, saltwater, lakes, ponds, rivers. @Bill any idea on what you would like me to cover?

People use all kinds of different fibers for making flys or lures. I mostly use buck tails, peacock and duck feathers rabbit fur and synthetic fibers. I have never tried llama
