Fiber glass fun

Been machining fiberglass all week. Hands are all cut up. Doesn’t really hurt, you can just see all the cuts in the light. Sure glad running coolant keeps me from breathing this stuff. Fiberglass is super rough on the carbide tools.

Fiberglass must be what they used for the torture of a thousand cuts.

Fun fact… I still have pieces of fiberglass periodically exit my thighs as recent as December, from work 3years back

I’ve been lucky it hasn’t itched. My co-worker on the other hand itches just touching the stuff. He’s glad I’m the one doing this job.
