Looks like Addison south of PGBT, and appears clear from the photos
Considering this is $16 on Amazon. I would wonder how they are selling it so cheap. Also From the reviews I have read on the brand it is low quality control. I always recommend brands like Hatchbox, Overture, eSun, or Inland because of their high quality.
My guess is they bought a bunch for a project and either can’t use it because of quality issues or the project was cancelled or changed.
