Family account. key

The card that pays for my families account expired and the payment didnt hit.
It has since been dealt with and paid up but I need to re add my key it is a chip in my hand.
i am on an add on account.
Do i need to have the main account to add my key from a scanner in the space or can someone there do it for me when i come in?

I have finally had time to mess with this.
my father the main account holder has access to the billing system, however it wont let us into maker manager. the account has been paid up for some time. not sure if we have to recreate a maker manager account or how to log in.

I put in a ticket but have some projects i need to finish very soon.
If you have any idea it would be greatly appreciated.

Your dad has access to MakerManager with his username, which is not the full email address. Password is the same, though.

okay i think i have found the problem in the billing system.
It states we dont have any active services. however, we have been billed and paid.
sorry i dont know who else to go to.


Can you please have the main account owner email [email protected]? That’ll put a ticket in the system.
