Came in and found this today… bolt is deformed and insert shattered. Not sure who did this, but please try to fix/replace what you broke or at least let us know…
Also, looks like theres some deformation to the shell mill itself.
I think I did it. Remember that post about the startup having a movement down to 0.01? Well it moved into the jaws although I was unaware of any damage as it continued to cut well.
