@Shelbell was trying to print a simple job to the fusion on Friday. After selecting “print” in Inkscape, the system would progress extremely slowly through the download process and did not finish in 60 minutes, at which point she gave up at 28% completed. she then tried printing a different job from a different application and experienced the same results.
Does anyone have any suggested troubleshooting steps?

If you export from Inkscape to a PDF then print the PDF it should speed things up dramatically. Let me know if that helps
That appears to be what she was doing before however she’s trying again now. It went immediately to 35% and then seems to hang.
For these tests she’s been printing from Inkscape. She then tried saving the file as a PDF and an SVG and opening in a different program and printing from there. She received the same results (hang).
