We really hate throwing items away after you’ve spent time working on your craft. It is sooo important to get your items before they expire. REMEMBER:
We allow 30 days for your clay item to be on our In Progress shelves.
**REMINDER OF TIME ALLOWED ON SHELVES**
ITEMS ON BATS- 7 DAYS
*If a project is on DMS bats over 7 days, we will attempt to wire off your project and place on a ware board.
Thankfully, we have not had any issues with doing this yet, but mishaps can happen. It would be best for YOU to remove your item from the bat to a board.*
ITEMS ON WARE BOARDS - 1 MONTH
*If left over a month, items are discarded. It breaks our heart because there have been some really nice pieces.
Members have asked if they can take expired items. The answer is NO. We break them and throw them away.*
ITEMS WITHOUT NAME & DATE
There is a risk of your item being discarded. When observed, it will be dated and a neon tag placed on the item with an expiration date.
Please remember to check on your items so they won’t be discarded.
