We hate throwing items away after you’ve spent your time working on your craft. It is really important to remember to get your items before they expire. We allow 30 days of your clay item on our In Progress shelves.
At times we are able to put them on the side table to give an extra couple days to pick up, but this is a courtesy and not required. The table was in use, so we were not able to do that after clearing the shelves last night.
**REMINDER OF TIME ALLOWED ON SHELVES**
ITEMS ON BATS- 7 DAYS
If a project is on bats over 7 days, your project will be taken off bats and placed on a ware board. We cleared 17 bats last night that were overdue off boards.
ITEMS ON WARE BOARDS - 1 MONTH (30+days)
If left over a month, items are discarded. It breaks our heart because there have been some really nice pieces.
ITEMS WITHOUT NAME & DATE
There is a risk of your item being discarded. It will be dated when observed and a yellow tag is placed on the item.
Please remember to check on your items so they won’t be discarded. We hate doing this so please don’t make us!
