Even if it’s UL listed?

It would be better if it was CE listed! Less chance of the item actually doing what it is supposed to do for any length of time.

They had a 0.1 joule unit - but no UL or CE symbol. So the philosophical question I have is it safer to have a device that is an order of magnitude more powerful but UL rated, or an unrated one with 1/10th the power? I.e. something that would make your filling tingle vs. cause bladder to empty?
I think 600 volt live wire. Just make sure they only bump into it once. Never have to worry about it again!
