The Epson 11880 64" Wide Format Printer is working & can be used by anyone who has been trained on it specifically.

We are hoping to get more training set up by mid-June. Thank you for your continued patience! :slight_smile:

Prices are marked on the printer as well as on the square payment kiosk located in the main Creative Arts room.

The computer that has all of the printing software (for both wide format printers, the dye sub printer and the brother label maker) - including the printer tracking software that logs every print made under the profile of the member currently logged in has been moved to the CA Annex.

Always be sure to log out of the computer any time you are not sitting at it - because you will be responsible for any prints printed under your account. This is done to keep printing prices at such a low price.

Do not print unless you are able to pay for all of your prints before you leave.

This means that the Dye Sub printer (but not the heat press) and the Brother Label maker have been moved to the Annex.

That is correct. :smiley:

It also means that the “design computer” with the dual monitors has been moved into the main Creative Arts room.

Is there an AD group to allow authorised to print? Or is that even possible with printers

There is an AD group; but, it’s new and no-one is in it yet. I asked Stan the other day about making a QR code like he’s done with some other resources. He’s out of town for a few days. Once we get some things ironed out with all that, I can look into locking them down that way like we do with the Dye Sublimation printer. :slight_smile:
