What would be the best way to put blood grooves around the perimeter of an end grain cutting board?
There is a juice groove jig at the space, however I used it last week and found out it’s not square…
with that said the CNC is the best method at the space…
As it turns out, the Multicam was the best answer. Many thanks to @swa and Billy (@pattern123?) for their help with my not-so-square board.
It’s not fancy but we have some serious Coolina knives/cleavers and it stands up to the abuse.
And I have been informed that I’m supposed to call it a juice groove, not a blood groove. I guess blood grooves are on knives …
