Embroidered patches commission

I’m wanting to get biker-style patches embroidered for a group cosplay. Black and white.
I have the vector files.

Embroidered, not dye sub.

Do any DMS members do this as a business?

@Nick does, or has, or might, or at least, probably knows something about that kind of thing.

You can also dye sub patches yourself at DMS…a lot faster & cheaper than embroidery after paying for setup & digitizing. Blanks are usually less than $1 each from johnson plastics plus or jds industries locally. If you’re not familiar with dye sub, @CaryF300 teaches a great class.

Thanks for the input, but as I said above - embroidered patches are desired for the aesthetic.

I can likely help,
I do embroidery and printing as @jast pointed out. I’ll PM you my cell# give me a ring so we can talk about the project.

Does DMS still have the embroidery CNC machine? Asking for a friend …

We do still have at least one embroidery machine, just not sure what model it/they are.

We now have a Viking embroidery machine. We’ve upgraded to USB sticks! From the wonky card that could only be loaded at one of the computers in Digital Arts…

I’m trying my best to move the Babylock Ellure over to The Lab… (@dougemes )
