Many members have brought up some needs we have in electronics. There has been a list on the door for awhile so I thought I would bring that NOT meatspace so we can discuss.

Tools

Small hand tools (pliers, fine screwdrivers, tweezers)
Third Hands (qty 4)
Fine Solder, Lead Free Solder
Solder Wick (qty 4)
Hookup wire 22ga (Black, Red)
Flux (Paste, Pens, Liquid)
Static Mat
Test Leads (aligator clips, wire w/ header pins)
Lighted Magnifiers (qty 2)
Power strips - 4 ft, 12 outlet (qty 4)
Tool trays - Ikea (qty 3)

Parts - I can’t imaging we don’t have a bucket of these somewhere

Not sure on the fine solder. There’s a spool in the room that someone screwed up by partially melting a big hole through it. >:(

There are at least 2 long power strips(might be 6 feet) sitting in the ops committee storage area (middle of project storage rack) that you could probably claim, they are all the way against the back wall on top of the carpet strips behind the paint and grill and plastic shelving.

I have some of these that I bought at Radio Shack. My vaguely-formed plan was to teach classes using them, then, at the end of the year, to donate whatever remains. Either that, or sell them. If you like, we could discuss this more.

Yeah, feel free to grab those power strips.

We need alligator clips to banana plugs for the bench power supplies as well.
