Gear has to be in Mouser stock.
Not going to spend this on tools, components, eval brds, etc. Think Bench Gear.
If we find something we want something that is over the donation, we can add to it.
If we don’t already have it, maybe something to troubleshoot SPI, I2C and UART for ESP32 and Rasp Pi devices?
The Rigol scopes have serial decode. Also think we have basic logic analyzer that will also do serial decode.
I would advocate for a thermal imaging camera.
We do have the FLIR, not sure if it is an actual camera though.
We have a Flir E4.
I vote for Automotive Scope and Leads please. Thinking something for relative compression, testing sensors against known good waveforms, etc. Unless @michaelb wants something else, he’s smarter than me.

P.S. We have the test leads and an old scope that does this.
