The online election system will be sending out voting notices to those that have Voting Rights at noon today 4/15/23.
The email will look like:
Hello {name},
You are registered to vote in 2023 Board of Directors Election. This ballot ends at 2023-04-28 16pm CST.
To vote, please visit: https://dallasmakerspace.simplyvoting.com/
Then enter:
Elector ID - {elector_id}
Password - {password}
Or follow this link to access the ballot directly: https://dallasmakerspace.simplyvoting.com/{direct_link}

The Elector ID is your membership number in our membership system WHMCS. And the password is automagically generated.

Hello, the WHMCS membership number. Having a bit of trouble navigating to access. Is there a link to retrieve the number? Not familiar with the acronym. Tried searching past forum topics too before asking.
If you click the direct access link in the email you will not need it.

The DMS Board Election is under way. If you are a voting member you should have received an email with your credentials to vote. Please check your spam folder and if you still do not see it, send me an email to [email protected].
If you voted in the past your elector id and password are the same. Go to https://dallasmakerspace.simplyvoting.com/ to cast your vote.
