ELab Expansion Move - DONE!

yep. I see some daisy-chaining of extension cords and electrical strips in their future if not corrected. :grin:

Time to go hunting for a “live” outlet w/ long 20 A rated extension cord. :astonished:

@richmeyer suggested that he could put in a 3-phase to 120v transformer that he had.

Might you mean 208v 2phase split out into 2x 110v?
Have cables to do that if needed

Well, you might check to see if the 3-phase 208 that you have over there has a common. You should be able to get the ground from somewhere else? I’m not certain if it is a common or ground. But @richmeyer said he had a transformer where it doesn’t matter.

WTH? :scream::scream_cat:

I will be in this afternoon (Monday) and will check it out.

Like a grounding rod or connection put in by an electrician.

Just say “NO”.

“NO” :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: haha

Okay … what I was thinking of was an Isolated Ground Receptacle. However, looking into it, I’m not sure it applies.

There’s probably someone(s) thinking “Please, oh please stay away from the Elab!”.:rofl::crazy_face:

I think you are just afraid of high voltage. You didn’t want 3 phase either.

I’m not doing the work no matter what and I did say electrician. … perhaps you missed it? :wink:

Got yer neon xfrmr right here…
