Dye sub paper jam

Hello,

I was using the dye sub printer yesterday and there was a paper jam. I tried to gently get the paper out, but when I noticed it would take more force or disassembly to get out, I didn’t want to trust myself to not wreck the machine. Could someone unjam the paper? Also, I didn’t see the envelope or a paypal link for the payment. I owe ya’ll $8. Can someone give me that link?

There is a big, black tombstone outside the Sewing room that has the Square kiosk for payments.

I can’t get by the 'Space until very late tonight. Please put and out of order sign on the printer.

I wasn’t able to make it to the 'Space last night. I’ll try to get by on my lunch break.
