Those are parts for the shelf in the lobby that were stored on one of the blue carts while we are drilling holes and prepping for welding.
Apparently someone needed a blue cart.
There’s some on the floor by the brooms as well that I tripped over tonight.
I moved them a minute after I saw it onto the cart below.
